Integrated Health Strategy
Define and lead Humana’s enterprise Integrated Health strategy, focused on increasing adoption, utilization, and value of existing products and services across the member base, including pharmacy, CenterWell, care delivery, and clinical programs.
Develop a clear strategic framework for how Humana’s products and services work together across the member lifecycle to improve health outcomes and increase lifetime value.
Identify priority member segments, moments, and pathways where integrated offerings can deliver the greatest impact for members and the business.
Cross‑Functional Leadership
Serve as the connective tissue across Marketing, Product, Clinical, Pharmacy, CenterWell, Analytics, and Operations to align stakeholders around shared goals and execution plans.
Influence without direct authority, driving alignment, prioritization, and momentum across complex enterprise teams.
Translate enterprise strategy into actionable, scalable roadmaps that teams can execute within their respective domains.
Member Growth & Engagement
Partner with lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and personalization teams to drive awareness, consideration, and adoption of additional Humana services among existing members.
Ensure integrated health strategies are member‑centric, intuitive, and relevant, reducing friction and complexity across healthcare journeys.
Balance near‑term growth objectives with long‑term member trust, experience, and health outcomes.
Measurement & Optimization
Establish success metrics and KPIs related to product adoption, utilization, engagement, and member outcomes.
Partner with analytics teams to monitor performance, identify gaps, and continuously refine integrated strategies.
Use insights to inform prioritization, investment decisions, and future integrated health strategy.
Leadership & Enablement
Act as a thought leader and strategic advisor to senior leadership on integrated health growth opportunities, trade‑offs, and risks.
Build frameworks, playbooks, and best practices that enable teams to consistently execute integrated strategies across the enterprise.
Mentor and develop high‑performing talent while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of progressive experience in growth strategy, integrated marketing, healthcare strategy, product strategy, or member engagement, with demonstrated success operating within a large, regulated enterprise.
3+ years of experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives that span multiple teams, functions, or lines of business without direct line authority.
Strong understanding of member lifecycle strategy, segmentation, and value‑based growth approaches, with the ability to translate insight into coordinated action.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, align diverse stakeholders, and drive momentum toward shared enterprise outcomes.
Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable frameworks and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience working across multiple healthcare products and services, such as insurance, pharmacy, care delivery, and clinical programs.
Strong comfort with analytics, performance measurement, and data‑informed decision‑making to guide prioritization and optimization.
Experience supporting enterprise transformation efforts, operating model design, or large‑scale integrated growth initiatives.
Preferred locations: Arlington, VA; Louisville, KY; Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; New York, NY; Tampa, FL; Nashville, TN; Dallas, TX; Seattle, WA; Denver, CO; and Fort Lauderdale, FL.
The leader selected for this role should anticipate periodic in‑office work to support collaboration, executive engagement, and key planning moments. Remote options will be considered based on role needs and candidate experience.
