The NAE DELTA Rapid Response Project Coordinator is a short-term part-time contract position. The Project Coordinator supports a rapid-response initiative that equips evangelical leaders and constituents to engage artificial intelligence in ways that advance human flourishing through the DELTA framework.

 

Qualifications

  • Personal faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord
  • Agreement to and affirmation of the NAE Statement of Faith
  • Regular attendance at an evangelical church and familiarity with the evangelical community
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications
  • Attention to detail and ability to organize project work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience coordinating webinars, podcasts, or digital communications preferred
  • Ability to collaborate with others to achieve project goals
  • Self-starter and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to work as part of a team and flexibility to adjust to needs of a small organization
  • Capability and experience to fulfill responsibilities listed below

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist with creation and dissemination of project survey tools
  • Assist with creation, editing, formatting, and dissemination of project resources (digital and print) for ministry leaders
  • Coordinate planning, scheduling, and logistics for project gatherings, trainings, and speaking engagements
  • Draft and/or coordinate project content for NAE publications, website, emails, and social media accounts
  • Coordinate logistics for project webinars, podcasts, video, or other communication products, including guest scheduling and production support
  • Collaborate with the communications team to develop and implement a public outreach and dissemination strategy for project outputs
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for advocacy efforts in collaboration with the NAE Government Relations team
  • Assist with collation and organization of deliverables into a project resource bank, including documentation to support future scaling
  • Support preparation for the September 21–23, 2026 Notre Dame Summit on AI, Faith, and Human Flourishing, including workshop logistics and materials
  • Assist with grant reporting, timelines, and deliverable tracking for project funders
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

 

Relationships

  • The Project Coordinator reports to the Consultant on AI and Human Flourishing and works under the leadership of the Director of the Partnership for Faith & Flourishing and the NAE Vice President & COO
  • The Project Coordinator collaborates with other NAE staff, including communications, government relations, and relevant Partnership for Faith & Flourishing (PFF) stakeholders
