We're hiring a Data Entry Strategist to keep our marketing and recruiting data clean, connected, and usable — the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks between our tools.

What You'll Own

• Maintain accurate, organized data across CRM, spreadsheets, and marketing platforms
• Design and improve how data moves between systems (Canva → Mailchimp, Snov.io lists, analytics tools, BrightLocal citations)
• Audit records regularly to catch duplicates, gaps, or inconsistencies before they cause problems downstream
• Build simple, repeatable processes so data entry doesn't rely on memory or ad hoc fixes
• Support reporting for marketing and recruiting teams with reliable, well-structured data

What We're Looking For

• 1–2+ years in a data entry, operations, or systems-support role
• Highly detail-oriented — this role is judged on accuracy
• Comfortable in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and learning new platforms quickly
• Process-minded: sees a messy workflow and wants to fix it, not just push through it
