RESPONSIBILITIES
Source candidates using databases, email, messaging, and phone to both backfill existing contracts, as well as identify exceptional contingent hires for key personnel in be included in bid/proposal efforts
Concurrently own several (3-10) ongoing recruiting campaigns, while meeting all realistic deadlines
Research, test, and use creative approaches to source hard-to-find cleared candidates (iterating Boolean searches, collaborating with AI tools to trial innovative approaches)
Plan, prepare, and execute multi-channel strategic sourcing campaigns
Screen candidates to assess background, skills, etc.
Source full-time, part-time, and 1099 candidates
Be creative and imaginative in finding and testing innovative sourcing strategies
Work with a sense of urgency
Prioritize work in a fast-past, deadline-oriented environment
Plan, prepare, and execute a self-managed schedule
Build pipeline of active and passive candidates
Coordinate internal and external phone/MS Teams interviews for Program Managers/Division Directors
Conduct relevant market research, e.g., salary bands, interview questions, etc.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
At least 1+ years of experience recruiting for federal government contracts – Required
Familiarity sourcing for both DoD and civilian type roles – Required
Familiarity sourcing Secret/TS cleared individuals using Clearance Jobs – Strongly preferred
Familiarity using other sourcing tools/databases such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
Familiarity using Applicant Tracking Systems such as Jazz HR (currently in use), Greenhouse, Workday, iCIMS
Experience guiding candidates through the full talent acquisition lifecycle
Exceptional ability to craft detailed Boolean/keyword searches
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a team-first mentality
Highly responsive, reliable, detail-oriented, and conscientious
Able to work in fast-pace environment
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Required – bachelor’s degree

Primarily telework with periodic visits to corporate office in McLean, VA

COMPENSATION
Salary range: $62,000 – $82,000
