Our client, a global sales training organization, helps global organizations improve sales and service performance. They are a small, high-trust team that values ownership, service, and continuous improvement.
We are looking to hire our client a reliable, detail-oriented bookkeeper who wants to own our day-to-day financial operations not just complete tasks. You’ll report to our President/CFO and be the go-to person for keeping everything accurate, current, and running smoothly.
This is a part-time role offering a consistent 25 hours per week, typically spread across Monday–Friday during standard business hours. The schedule provides flexibility while maintaining reliable, ongoing involvement with the team.
What You’ll Own
• Invoicing, collections, and managing a seven-figure A/R
• Expense management and vendor payments (DEXT)
• Payroll and commission processing (Gusto, 2x/month)
• Monthly reconciliations and financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet)
• Estimates and progressive invoicing in QuickBooks Online
• Maintaining accurate, timely financial records and improving processes
• Supporting our CPA with clean, organized data for tax prep
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years full-charge bookkeeping/payroll experience
• Strong expertise in QuickBooks Online Advanced
• Experience with modern expense/payroll tools - DEXT, Gusto, preferred
• Proven ability to manage A/R and handle collections professionally with large clients
• High attention to detail and process — you take pride in getting it right
• Organized, responsive, and comfortable juggling priorities
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
