The Away from Home Marketing Activation Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing initiatives across all Away from Home Channels. This role plays a key part in bringing brand strategies to life across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives while delivering measurable results and would report to the Manager, Away from Home Marketing Activation.
Key Responsibilities
Non-Commercial Marketing Activation
- Lead the coordination and execution of non-commercial marketing activations.
- Track, analyze, and report on activation performance and key metrics. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
- Ensure activations align with brand strategy and deliver meaningful audience engagement.
CRM & Digital Execution
- Assist in the execution of Away from Home CRM campaigns, including email marketing and customer journeys.
- Support digital initiatives across web, mobile, and loyalty platforms.
- Help manage audience segmentation and campaign deployment.
Sales & Marketing Materials
- Assist in the development of sell sheets, presentations, and other sales collateral.
- Coordinate logistics for photography and video shoots, including scheduling, vendors, and assets.
- Ensure content aligns with campaign objectives and brand standards.
Agency Coordination
- Assist with the development of briefs for advertising, activation, and promotion agencies.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and feedback between internal teams and external partners.
- Coordinate logistics for photography and video shoots, including scheduling, vendors, and assets.
- Ensure content aligns with campaign objectives and brand standards.
Social & Content Support
- Assist in developing content plans for foodservice and owned social channels.
- Coordinate creative development to ensure consistent brand voice and messaging.
Trade Show & Event Management
- Assist in planning and executing trade shows and industry events.
- Coordinate booth logistics, materials, staffing, and on-site execution.
- Track event performance and lead follow-up activities.
Promotional Merchandise
- Manage promotional merchandise inventory and ordering.
- Coordinate distribution for events, campaigns, and internal needs.
- Ensure brand consistency across all promotional items.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Entry level or internship experience in marketing, brand activation, or related roles preferred.
- Strong Proficiency in Power Point and Excel

Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $61,800 to $84,975; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
