Job Description:
The client is seeking an execution-focused AI Program & Project Manager to lead a portfolio of AI-enabled productivity and process transformation initiatives from definition through pilot, adoption, and benefits tracking in a complex enterprise environment.
Job Summary
•Manage multiple concurrent AI-enabled productivity initiatives, maintaining integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, resource requirements, and critical paths.
•Establish and maintain program governance, working-team cadences, decision forums, and escalation paths across business, IT, data, security, and change-management stakeholders.
•Translate business use cases and productivity opportunities into structured scopes, workplans, deliverables, and measurable success criteria.
•Serve as the Smartsheet power user for the portfolio, building and maintaining workplans, RAID logs, executive dashboards, and steering materials.
•Facilitate project kickoffs, stage-gate reviews, and steering committee sessions; document decisions and drive timely closure of actions.
•Partner with business and change leads to support stakeholder analysis, communications, training, readiness, and adoption plans.
•Track implementation outcomes, adoption indicators, lessons learned, and benefits realization with business owners.
Minimum Requirements:
•5 years of project or program management experience in complex, cross-functional enterprise environments.
•Demonstrated experience delivering AI, automation, data and analytics, digital transformation, or enterprise technology initiatives.
•Active PMP certification.
•Advanced Smartsheet capability, including workplans, dashboards, reports, dependencies, and portfolio-level tracking.
•Strong executive communication, facilitation, written reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
•Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience delivering generative AI, AI agents, machine learning, intelligent automation, or decision-support solutions at enterprise scale.
•Real-world experience scaling agentic solutions in enterprise environments, including process redesign and change management.
•Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Palantir, Databricks, OpenAI technologies, or similar enterprise AI and data platforms.
•Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, chemicals, industrial operations, or related domains.
•PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, Prosci, or Lean Six Sigma credentials.
•Experience with benefits realization tracking, UAT coordination, and operational handoff in productivity or transformation programs.
