Position: Admin Support
Venture Dynamics is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Admin Support in Newport News, Virginia. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. 98% remote, with occasional in-person meetings as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to various departments within the company
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Maintain and organize company files and documents
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
-provide clerical support for shipyard operations
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Process and track invoices and expenses
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with basic accounting and bookkeeping principles is a plus
